Boss key helps you hide all your IE windows in case of emergency.

Click "more" >"Options" on the toolbar . You will see an Option dialog box. Click the "Boss Key " tab and setup a hotkey to hide or close IE window.

Once you press "ALT + Q", all the IE windows disappears, press "ALT + Q", all the windows would show up again.
